THE SEARCH FOR GREAT LEADERSHIP: The Nexus between Personal and Professional Leadership - Forget everything you know about leadership. Conventional wisdom and media hype have conspired to have us look for leaders in all the wrong places. Father and son leaders and authors, Bob and Gregg Vanourek, debunk traditional models in this dynamic presentation on the search for great leadership. Consider how leadership begins with leading our own lives—and how it must incorporate shared values and the ebb and flow of shared leadership among a team of committed, motivated, and aligned individuals.
