The Bard Center recently hosted Mike O’Neil from Integrated Alliances to teach a seminar for Bard Center students and alumni. Mike does training for people who want to better maximize their networking potential on LinkedIn. Of course LinkedIn completely overhauled their website layout 2 days after the training.

One great thing that I discovered was that LinkedIn allowed the creation of groups.

To help everyone reconnect, I have created the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship Group. If you have a LinkedIn profile, this link should allow you to join. The way groups are set up, I will need to manually approve your request or have you on my pre-approved list, so feel free to send me an email (catherine.kunst -at- cudenver.edu) if you’d like to join. I am hoping to re-connect faculty, staff, students and alumni with this new group.

The Business School at the University of Colorado Denver has also created a Business School Alumni Association group that you might wish to join.

Reminder, if you are planning to enter the Business Plan Competition, your application is due March 13. Your final plan is not due until May 1.
